A long time fullBOOST favourite, Frank MRHELI Cannistra has his Mazda RX-3 back out at Sydney Dragway for the final APSA round of the year. The car is powered by a 13B semi-peripheral ported rotary engine boosted by a Borg Warner turbocharger with Frank shifting gears through a clutchless Liberty gearbox and small 9in slicks.
