Andrew’s Mazda 323 [ BZJNKI ] has recently undergone the progression from street car to race car. The most notable changes have been in the way of a switch to E85 fuel and the fitment of a Ford Top loader gearbox using Liberty dog gears.
Power comes from a Promaz Racing 13B bridge ported rotary engine boosted by a Garrett GTX42R turbocharger and MicroTech EFI
In street car form the 323 has gone as quick as 10.00 at 140mph and this time out the Promaz Automotive crew were doing some low boost testing before the upcoming Sydney Jamboree on March 7th.
