Highlights from the 2nd Victorian Time Attack event held on 7 April 2017 at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, including Harry’s Lotus Exige S and the Harrop BMW E92 M3 both supercharged and prepared by Harrop Performance Centre placing 5th and 7th in the Street Car Class in a JDM turbo dominated field.
