Sub 10-second HSV’s aren’t something we come across all that often. We spotted Sam’s supersonic Senator recently and had to take a closer look.
The Holden V8 has been ditched in favour of more durable small block Chev with boost coming from a large Precision 106mm turbocharger pushing 30 pounds of boost, cooled via a neat front mount ice box. Tuning is performed through a Link ECU on E85 fuel by Victor at Just Engine Tuning.
The chassis itself is quite simple with power fed to an un-tubbed rear end to 275 Pro radials.
