Yer, an old slow processor PC will struggle with flash and HD video. That being said, even my old P4 box runs them ok at 720.

Im having problems with viewing the new HD videos i just have a blank sceen with a small box in the top right corner of the viewing screen it wont let me do any thing with it do i need some sort of new soft ware to view these HD vids

help would be greatly appreciated

HD and low res 360 is no different, one flash player takes care of it all. You may need to pause it and let it load for a few minutes. its a lot of data it has to buffer before it will start playing. Try selecting 720 straight up too. Sometimes the player can get stuck.
