View Full Version : The 260z Build-up with XR6T Motor?

Kyle's 240Z engine conversion utilising a BA XR6T engine and 6 speed gearbox.

It will be featuring a:

- cobra plenum
- upgraded turbo
- factory management utilising the fly by wire
- 72lb injectors
- IMS built 3 1/2" exhaust
- cobra valve springs
- engine rebuild
- IMS built intercooler & cooling system

Expected kw's - should be around 420kw, this car should be a bullet on the road considering it weighs less than a 1000 kilos.

Here is the latest progress on our customer Kyle's car.
We got the cobra plenum this week & have had to modify it to suit the Z's engine bay due to the throttle body not being in the right spot.
Next step will be the cooling system for the car.

Looks like it fits in there pretty good, far out that's going to be a quick streeter.
