Blue screen

Hi Fellas my laptop has blue screened when you turn it on just a blue scrren appears does anyone no what this is or how to fix it.

Thanx for ya help i need recovery discs and dont have and to make it worse carnt read model on the computer . Luv the pic . Jay.
