all you have to do is get your shit together and move in to the room
there is no garage at my place so that kind sucks but there is plentifull amounts of driveway to be had
like i said 350 a month plus bills (ie foxtel internet water elc and gas) no bond is needed unless your shady looking but in that case you wont get the room anyway
must be employed bum,s will kindly be kicked out on there arse
very easy going house pretty quite area never had any trouble
