Any one in queensland run quicker than 14.0 N/A

Hit Willowbank last wed night , R.A was better this week but meh ..I got my BA down to 14.05 @ 100.27mph with the seats out and skyline rims on .
I still have std 3.45 gears and std stall , but i have mortally wounded my 4spd.
So a 3000 stall is going in with a freshen up !

The internet brings up a lot of variables on a lot of different forums , i,m just curious how my N/A BA sits in the scheme of things ??
Plenty have run quicker down south , but only by 3/10ths and 1mph..........

I believe the truly quick cars are out there NOT on here , and i would love to learn from the guys who have achieved this ....
By the way the car weighs 1800kgs with me in it !:shocked

14.05 @ 100mph is a very impressive time for such a heavy car. With that mph i dont think you can get a much better time.

I remeber draging a BA auto in my bro's old astra gsi 100kw and pretty much had it all the way to 130 km/h.

PS. What are your springs like? If you can get stiffer springs or spacer between the springs, that should help you out. Your car wont compress as much on launch and will save you valuable 60ft times, in turn dropping your ET time by maybe 1-2 tenths.

Yes, there are heaps of boys in QLD with N/A 6 cortinas running quicker than that!.

Has now run 13.90 @ 100.51mph with FULL street legal exhaust and 215/60 x 16 street tyres

Need someone in qld to step up , gimme some slicks and it WILL go 13.6 or better ;)
