my mate has worked his suzuki swift gti(old shape). His still yet to put in external gate, cams, bigger exhaust(too restrictive), swirl pot in boot, change diff from 4:11 to 3:9 or 3:5, change injectors and a few more things. He got roughly 144ish kw but the amazing thing is he got 730ish nm of torque!!!! Would this sort of power be good enough to run 11's? Its a light car. Also when the diff gears get changed, would he loose the big amount of torque?

ill try get sum pics... those aren't the mods listed... there things that haven't been purchased yet... as for mods...theres nothing left untouched. And yer fwd. Wat power does that turbo white starlet have and wat time does that run? I heard its got 170+kw but only 4**nm of torque? could be wrong??

The torque numbers are just tractive effort measured by the dyno in the given gear - can be affected by heaps of things, you can't really compare them. Given the Swift and Starlet have similar engine sizes and the fact that the Starlet has a fairly big bunch more power its fair to say the Starlet would have quite a fair bit more power.

144wkw should be sufficient for it to do solid 12s :)

oh yeah :)
after the exhaust change(make it bigger to 3") and get the swirl pot, pump and injectors i should see 170ish to 180ish kw with also a bit more boost.
