Lancer GSR NEED HELP !!

hey guys
i've been lookin at this car and am getting a racv check on it on fri
it is a 1995 mistubishi lancer cc that has had a gsr engine transplanted (this
means its a front wheel drive not 4wd)
carries a garret to6 turbo aswell apparently.
just wondering if it sounds alright and if it is worth the 8.5k i've negotiated??
anyone who has any info on gsr's below 10k lemme know and anyone
who could shed some light on the car here is the link
oh and anyone with general gsr information would be helpful aswell

Eneki tarmacs would look the bit, there are ones for sale on TEAM4G but the guy is asking $2500... Bit pricey!

It would be worth doing a 5 stud conversion then your not limited to the range of wheels you can buy...

I was thinking of doing that on mine so i can buy some drag wheels as there arent many around with the GSR stud pattern.

This used to be my mates daily driver. Yes it's a lancer with a gsr 4g93t.
Running MY TC06 off my cordia with ext gate.
What i wanna know is why the seller is selling it for more than wat he bought it for.
It was sold for about 5 grand i think.
