hey guys im chasing a mitsubishi lancer gsr (1.8ltr turbo)
looking at spending under 10k and dont wanna get something that will end up as a money pit! this is one that im quite keen on so if anyone could check it out and advise me how much i should pay for it i would really appreciate it

There all a gamble because you never know how the current owner drives the car. If you're not going to modify the car at all, I would probably go for something a little more conservative. That car has had a little bit of work put into it which means it's most likely had a thrashing.

hey thanks boyd that one is nice, very clean aswell i like that it hasnt had many mods.
im getting an racv check on the page linked in my post and should have results for that in next few days so ill keep you posted with what the report says and hopefully be able to make a decision soon. i agreed with the guy to knock it back to 9k with a yrs rego :)

Yeah, no drama's at all mate. :D

If you ever need any advice, Ive learnt the hard way of the "what not to do's", if you ever upgrade bits and pieces of the car.
