Now as for all the rumours,

There is quiet a few Interested Parties looking to purchase Heathcote Raceway.

Bob Jane is not one of them. We did have a meeting with Bob Jane to ask him is Russell could run the Mazjet and Van at Calder test n tunes when we do sell.

It still will be a Drag Strip. Hopefully upgraded. The track is simply getting to big for 2 people to run and would benefit from a Consortium of people to make it grow as it has a lot of potential.

When its sold, I will let you know.

FeralVG - I now know who you are and have read all your posts on Mopar market, Russell and I would appreciate it if you could stop posting such ridiculous fucking rumours.

When i heard Heathcote park was for sale,i was shocked!
I have been racing on and off for 19 years and have supported Heathcote for most of that, I would call Heathcote my HOME track and would say Russell and Joanne make heathcote park.
They work very hard to make sure drag racer's and spectators have a great day!

We know what we would be happy with, but are only disclosing that information to genuine parties interested in buying our business/property, its not like we are selling a house. Its pretty easy to sort out the nosey people to the genuine people in this industry.....

how much acreage is the actual whole property thats for sale joanne. are you planning on selling just the track pit canteen area section only or is there all other sarrounding paddocks that go with it?

if so how large is it in total?
