Guys,

We have added a new Small Tyre 28x9 list here.

I'm sure it's full of mistakes so please let us know any corrections, this list is not limited to rotaries btw... We will add photos in shortly.

We are also going to make three Drag Radial lists

RWD 4-cylinder
RWD 6-cylinder
AWD 4-cylinder

Just regarding the Drag Radial lists. The rules and regs for these classes have not been set. We are looking at enforcing some simple rules below.

Cars must run a full ehxuast system.
Must retain an interior (2 seats, dashboard and door trims) rear seat can be removed.

Tyre sizes are also not finalised.

Our initial thoughts are to resrict the classes too;

AWD 4 - 235mm
RWD 4 - 255mm
RWD 6 - 275mm
RWD 8 - 275mm (2 classes, aspirated and blown)
Ulimited class (this class is for an open field if you do not meet the above classes, i.e larger tyres etc)

All classes MUST run a gasoline based fuel, no alcohol.

Anyway if anyone has any thoughts regarding this then please let us know, we are open to any suggestions.

Syd - Just to clarify, these rules have nothing to do with ANDRA or SC. I am going to look at some of the regs run in the U.S classes to come up with some basic rules such as 2 seats and a dash etc.

is now fastest untubbed s6 in world , not bad for a car with all steel body, hatch , all glass, electric windows etc...

same tune as dragwarz, just more line pressure in the box to combat some of the slipping.

I did run at Mini Jam but didn't try to improve my time as i'm still uncaged but did run 11.05@132 in the semi finall. the triton ute of steve boyd ran 11.32 at 128.54 mph at wsid at the test and tune 3 weeks ago on drag radials

so details are

triton ute, SR20, 11.32 et, 128.54 MPH, WSID, 275/60/15 MT drag radial.

its manual. currently its getting caged and getting a keas auto. should drop it to the 10.6 area as it sits, then the plan is for a built engine in search of high nines.

Is that a good time?? anyhow our climate is similar to yours to a point... we want to keep the car as stock body wise as possible. Any advice??

1.56 sixty foot fryingthe tyres to the 330 mark

had the drivers window break and pop out at 3/4 and cruised it through.

so an ugly pass but still a pb.

justin and i are very confident it can go 8.50 on the mid to high 160's with the factory diff, then i just need to win $10000 on lotto so i can put a 9 inch in it, with the factory wheel arches i can fit a 12.5 inch wide tyre without the IRS strut in there.

i'm trying to sort some pics of it, it's pretty standard looking as it is still a daily driven car.I've sleeved it out to 84mm so it's 1940cc now, the turbo is a precision sc61 (basically a non ball bearing gt35r), factory honda viscous lsd, and a rev limit of 8800.

I've updatde your MPH Scott.

Those race classes are really meant for slick tyred cars, bit ridiculous that yours is quick enough to qualify :) If you run on slicks in the future I'll put you in there so you can take it up to GAS :p.
