turbo troubles

Hi guys i need some help with an idea,
im Building a VH SL/E Commodore With a 2JZ-GTE Supra Motor.
I want to Have One big mutha of a turbo and a small turbo to help spool up the larger one. In My head it would work with the small turbo spooling of the exhaust gases (of course) Then the fresh air it pumps would spool the big turbo alot faster/ with this big turbo powering the engine? Anyone out there in the know I'd much appreciate any advice on this. Will it work?

1. what do you want the car for. Street, drag only?
2.to much fucking around to be even contemplated.
3. expense is to silly

Street mainly but it'll more than likely end up as a drag car. Im not too worried about the cost... I just came up with the idea and was wonderin if its possible. And asside from the fucking around and cost, would it create lag free big turbo fun?

would create boost early but top end power would suffer due to the exhaust housing on the smaller turbo impeding exhaust flow of the engine before max power with big turbo could be reached

it can be done with out restricting top end but its alot of fcuking around.
need to create a special exhaust manifold that directs all the exhaust gases into the smaller turbo first, then once reached say 10psi at mid-hi rpm then directs all the exhaust gases in to the large turbo. this can be done with something like an actuator flap, which is controled by boost of course. it would be something simmilar to like a series 6 rx7, but the actutor flap on those only expose a second turbo of the same size and not shut off the other one.
definitly can be done with ALOT of stuffing around. duno if its really woth it.
