if you want it to go fast i would turbo it. there is quite a few 11 & 12 sec turbo ecotecs getting around.

it does cost a lot more to do up a v6 apposed to a ls1/rb/4.0lT but when you beat them its all worth it.

my v6 runs 12.66@108 and isn't overly modified and daily driven.

i noticed the other day the pro flow turbo ecotec ute ran a 10.80@124mph.

my car is a VT calais with a factory supercharged v6. currently running 15psi with an aftermarket cam and w2a intercooler. makes 230rwkw and runs consistant 12.7's with a best of 12.66
