I'm Moving to sydney

Pretty short notice but hey I've got to relocate to sydney for 6 months

Ive got no idea about syd at all except for all the visy factories in western burbs I've visited there and landing at bankstown.

Im trying to figure out where to live which is close to Lane Cove, nth sydney, also pondering on if its possible to get my car registered in nsw without having to do an adr emission test initially. :(

Anyone got any help on best places to live close to lane cove?

if you are only gonna be here for 6 months i dont think you will have to change your rego. im pretty sure the rule is 1yr... try www.whereis.com to find a location

nah my car hasnt been registered for 3 years, trying to get it on road now but its a bitch, have to do adr emission testing and get photos taken at epa etc

Thanks for the info, I'd be happy with lane cove as well, I'll be working in lane cove so the closer the better.

I fly up on Monday to stay in a hotel until xmas then have to sort out where to live, pondering on if I get a nsw licence if my victorian licence points move over to that one
