Does anyone know where I can see this car with number plates PSI 383, with PWR stickers and ACTIVE MOTIVE written on windscreen?

It's a red VZ Ute.

I have seen some pictures while it was on a dyno. It looks increadible!!

Just like to know if it is possible to see it in real life.
