New Pb For Crx11z 9.93@147mph!

[CRX11Z]

ran a new pb at sundays wsid test n tune!
1st pass ran 10.91@123mph... could not find 4th gear!
2nd pass ran 10.88@122mph.... still could not find 4th gear!
3rd pass ran 9.93@147mph!... WooHoo found 4th gear!:eek:
4th pass ran 10.23@139mph... struggled to find 4th.

not bad for a shit box fwd!

next on the list is to fix 4th gear syncro and go back out!
im sure its got a 9.70s in it, when we run 9.70s might put some wheelie bars and nos on it.... see what happens....

same engine combo, just fine tuning the fuel/ign maps at the track,
since the 9.93 run, i have changed rear exhaust housing and cams might be next on the list

840kgs last time we weighed it, now its got a parachute on it so a few kgs more

Good stuff. Great to see the FWD's getting down in times. Have you got any under bonnet pics of your car? With that mph, once you sort your gearbox out it will run in the mid 9's for sure.
