Removing Front Speakers

How do you do it?? Me and a mate were trying to remove/replace the front speakers in our VL's and couldn't figure it out..

from the top of my head, i think there are two screws that you need to undo that you get to from the vent (the top part of the vent below the speakers).

Just pop out the vent and undo the screws then the cover should come off... i think thats all there is to it!
