3T engine

I have just purchased an old Morris ute which has had a 3T engine fitted. Anyone have any further info on this engine, what car it was originally fitted to and if there is a straight bolt up auto transmission that would fit.

for the best info on 3T's i would suggest that www.toymods.net would be your best bet.


they are a good engine, and if your into drag racing, they have some cars running 8's with 3T engines.

they came in a toyota T-18 what ya want to know about the motor?

I have since found out a bit about the engine from internet searches and managed to get it started. Now I'm after an alternator, water pump, air filter and workshop manual for it.
