no turbo 13b's in 808's is this true

i heard on the vine that a new law has been passed that 808's can not house the lovely 13b turbo's anymore just 13b engines are fine but no turbo, is this true or just bull shit i hope it is bull shit!!, if so what about all other cylinder model cousins of our beloved rx'z

Im sure if someone rock's up to Pac Performance with their Mazda 808 and want's a 13B Turbo conversion, they'll work something out. :D
