does anyone know if they are going ahead like last year? Obviously it wasn't the most spectacular day, but was still good to have a day full of drag racing, and some pro drag cars too...

dont no mate but calderpark is hosting the carline powercruise on the 27 - 28th january 2007. should be good...

You dont think it was a spectacular day are you serious? That was the best day of drag racing I have been to. 6,7,8 second cars were common as the likes of Craig Gerdes,Dalton, Hayes, Voase, Demaj, to name a small few it was Vic verses N.S.W and it was fantastic. I can only hope that Calder stages another event simular as I will be there with bells on. C'mon Bob???

Bob didn't organize the event, an outside promotor did..... I dont think you'll be seeing anything like that again, that is until the new track is built.....:D
