My favourite is Need for Speed: Most Wanted closely followed by Gran Tourismo 3.
I voted purely on fun factor, not only in the realism side of things, but everyone is different, so post away!

Sorry, but those games are all highly unrealistic. In fact im yet to play a racing game on a console which could be classed as realisitc. If you've got fairly new PC with a steering wheel, go get live for speed and try that. By far the most accurate vehicle dynamics that i've seen, great AI, and awesome tracks.

MotoGp for PS2 because no matter how many hours you spend on it, its always a bloody challenge to get the bike round the track.

i like all the diffrent types of racing plus i love drifting!! and i love all the mods you can do to your car and it's awesome with the proper steering wheel :)

NFS is good, but i prefer the computer game made by derek long, DRIVING SPEED, i like the vs gts and the vs gtsr, they do mad burnouts, its the adelaid racing track and you just test times and things like that.:D

Live for speed then GTR2 with the V8's and then Rfactor. There is another one where you can drive the old XY's,LJ's and A9X's. But if you don't have a good wheel you wont like any of them.. But playing on line with ya mates is good fun no matter what game ya got..

There are addons where you can race A9X's, XY's, LJ's and that. But not everybody is into them. I hope someone does it for GTR2 as well. F1 challenge 99-02 it's the game where you can play the old AUS cars. Here is the link for the addons.

It's the same game with all free addons.. rFactor is what it's called.. It's for PC.. You can race on the drirt in sprint cars, or go in a off road buggy out on the open tracks.. You can drive a F1 or a drift car.. They have a addon for any car or kart...
