i've decided to take the plunge and turn my 1992 300ZX twin turbo into drag spec. its not a road car and was going to be a circuit racer but i've always been into drags and the last few years sport compact. its at a stage where i haven't changed the suspension, just the front sway bar, and can easily be turned into a drag car. the interior is fully stripped out, has good engine mods and only weighs 1270kg. i've got the whole swap from 5 speed manual to TH400 with transbrake sussed out but i can't find anything regarding the type of springs and shocks to use. what i'd like help finding out is can i get the usual 90/10 front 50/50 rear shocks and soft springs for this car or should i just get coilovers? there is bugger all info about this for 300s and hardly any are used as drag only cars so i reckon it'll stand out in a sea of Mazdas and Commos. it'd be good fun for Powercruise too.
any help would be much appreciated :D

I searched for drag suspension for a 180sx for ages and the only thing i came up with was that hks made a drag setup which was very good but is now redundant. Look into Koni's spl series which they will custom make you a pair to suit your vehicle.
