hello i recently had car tuned to show 300 rwhp 4months later car shows 280 rwhp , can someone advise me on what is possibly causing this lag in power, car is nissan 200 sx s14a

Is it the same dyno?
The diffrent weather will do it to..
Has it got a turbo? In the cooler weather it will make more hp then on a 30+ day..

But there could be a heap of things...

Definetly many things could cause that. Blocked filter? Different dyno's? weather? Had the car on the dyno been done with correction? Which gear was the car ran up in? (should have been 4th) Whats done to the car?

fuels? is the air filter clean etc. its only 20 kw. did the car break traction at all on the dyno?
