ive been meaning to join this website for awhile now so hear it is , 1989 s1 3g honda prelude 2.0 si 4ws , its been apart of the family for the past 5 years and is on its second body , mod's include decked/honed closed deck block , stock crank , acl race bearings , scatt h22a h-beam rods , custom dished je pistons , proseal rings , cometic 0.050 (5 layer) mls head gasket , arp stud kit , port/polished/decked head , heavier springs , reseated valves , aem adjustable cam gears , gates racing timing belt , open plenum style mod manifold , custom over sized fuel rail , rc 650cc full sat injectors , sard FPR , walbro255lph intank pump , 3ltr custom surge tank ( under passenger rear bumper ) custom steam pipe top mount turbo manifold , turbonetics gtk450 turbo , turbosmart 38mm ultragate , stainless intercooler piping , turbosmart supersonic BOV , eboost2 EBC , cushion button clutch , adaptronics e420c ECU , full 3" stainless exhaust , magnaflow hi-flow cat , goodridge braided brake lines , slotted rotors , half cage , etc etc , things still to go on msd cdi , ss coil , o44 main pump , 1200cc injectors , single fogger wet shot , esp traction bar kit , high boost tune . pic's from the first body till the way it sit's today .

lowered the rear springs abit more yesterday , installed new o-ring on the water pump and mounted the surge tank today .

todays efforts , looks so much better . im going to stay with this paint scheme when we give it a full respray , but im liking the way it looks now .

almost finished with the mock up colour scheme , just need to do the front badge the same as the boot and then i can start sanding , filling and have it prep'd in undercoat ready for painting . just need some nice clear days with zero-none humidity .

finished the rear light section , quickly sprayed some white on the front bar and took some pics . came up alright but im now more than ever keen to respray the lude and finish the inside .

thanks dude , plan is street warrior and strip work on weekends when im home from work , also wanting to hit the dyno and play with some of the big boys lol . im real keen now to start the respray and get in inside finished . just want to drive and enjoy all the hard work and money thats gone into it ( 6th year of building ) thanks dude for the comments and watch this space for more to come .

and the new bonnet all fab work finished , i'll get some stainless mesh next week and fit the 2 rear holes and then its sand and prep for paint .
